When parents collect their children before school is over they should report to the office first to have him/her signed out. The learner will be called to the office.
THIS SHOULD ONLY HAPPEN DURING SCHOOL HOURS IF THE CHILD IS SICK. HAS A MEDICAL APPOINTMENT OR A FAMILY EMERGENCY.
The learner will only be released to adults whose names are on record. This adult may be asked to produce Identification.

Our children should have excellent attendance. Please make every effort to achieve perfect attendance and punctuality. Students must be in school by 7:30am.
Parents of students that have THREE or more unexplained absences will be required to attend a meeting with the Principal or Teacher.
It is imperative that your child attends school regularly.
Please do not make dentist or doctor appointments during the school day.
Holiday and weekend arrangements should not interfere with school attendance.
Learners may not be fetched from school during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
The principal must be informed immediately if your child is to be away from school for any length of time, particularly in the case of infectious diseases.
A note of explanation must be given to the class teacher after any absence from school.
In instances of contracting an infectious disease the child must be kept at home and may only return to school once the doctor has issued a clearance certificate.
